To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and all tags attached on every item.
Returning your item(s) within 21 days of your original delivery date will make you eligible for a refund to your original payment method.
Returning your item(s) after 21 days from your original delivery date will only make you eligible for a store credit refund.
If you purchased the Re:do $1.98 free returns for store credit or exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns center. If you did not purchase the $1.98 free return or exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for returning the product.
Once your return is received in our warehouse, please allow 1-2 business days for our returns department to inspect and process your request. We will notify you via email when your refund and/or exchange has been completed. Approved refunds will be automatically applied back to the original method of payment after the return process has been completed.
Your exchange item(s) will be shipped to you once the return process has been completed. Please allow 1-2 business days from the warehouse received date for the exchange to be completed. You will then receive an email containing UPS tracking for your new shipment.
Please include your order number and/or RMA* number inside the package. This could be done by simply writing it on a piece of paper and placing it inside the return package. This will help us identify the return and expedite the return process.
*RMA number will be provided to you after your return request has been submitted on our website’s ‘Return & Exchange Portal’.
